The Role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic Studio Coordinator to be the vibrant face of our Mitcham studio. You'll be instrumental in overseeing daily operations, enhancing brand awareness and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
This is a casual position of 12 hours per week, with flexibility to work both onsite at the studio and from home, depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to enquiries while managing communications related to schedule changes and Trainer availability.Administration & Operations: Oversee a variety of Trackers (client care, studio maintenance) and ensure necessary stock in place, while collaborating with the Area Manager to optimise class schedules and maintain efficient studio operations.People Management: Support team dynamics by assisting in Trainer replacements, engaging staff during promotional periods and communicating feedback to the Area Manager to enhance overall performance.Marketing and Promotion: Drive sales initiatives during promotional periods, select and highlight Trainer and Client of the Month, and assist with marketing activities and local partnerships to promote studio visibility and engagement.Our ideal candidate: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with scheduling.How to apply: If you're passionate about fitness and customer service, we want to hear from you!
