The Opportunity

Do you have a knack for maintaining and fine-tuning Kronos setups?
We're looking for a dedicated Kronos Specialist to join our team and ensure seamless operation of our workforce management processes.

Key responsibilities include:
Maintain Kronos setup in alignment with Award and EA provisions, adapting to changes as needed.
Monitor and enhance interfaces between Preceda, Kronos, and Fieldglass, actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure accurate setup of all employees in Kronos, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with biometric clocks to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
About You
Proficiency in Kronos system administration, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Experience in maintaining functional departmental budgets.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive results.
