KRONOS Payroll Specialist - Perm Role - City of Logan, QLDWe are currently recruiting a Kronos Specialist to work as part of this rapidly growing Australian Business based in Queensland to join a friendly and supportive team.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate payroll function. The role is responsible for Kronos building and reviewing pay rules. You will be an experienced Kronos user that is experienced working on the back end of the system. The role involves training the Payroll team and extended HR team, providing KRONOS systems expertise and solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain Kronos Setup in line with Awards.Maintain and monitor interfaces between systems and engage in continuous improvement activities.Investigate Kronos Setup.Train & Coach the team.Required SkillsStrong recent systems experience in Kronos.Experience in large transactional payroll systems.Strong attention to detail.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Strong Payroll Legislation experience.Effective communicator fluent with all types of stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Outstanding BenefitsExcellent Salary Package.Onsite parking available.Fun and friendly team environment.We'd love to hear from you!
