As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for successfully promoting our products and services to our existing customers. Your success includes positioning and selling licenses, services and supporting solutions. In addition, the role will involve working alongside the existing sales and marketing functions to be a trusted advisor and key contact to build collaborative relationships with existing and prospective customers.
What a day in the life looks like: Selling additional licenses, services, and solutions to existing customers and actively seeking to expand KSC-S's footprint. Working with the marketing/operations team to uncover new selling opportunities with existing customers. Proactively looking for sales opportunities within the business's current customer base and new opportunities through qualified leads. Partnering with the solution sales team and account managers to drive additional solution sales and/or portfolio verticals. Collaborating with KSC's broader team as well as the partner network to develop customer relationships and strategies for growth and planning. Attending sales meetings and educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments and trends within the industry. Being highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow your sales career. Engaging, respectful, and compelling as you are the first point of contact for our customers. Exhibiting superior verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and face-to-face, with keen attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills. Having technical aptitude and the ability to successfully demonstrate and convey the value proposition behind KSC-S products, solutions, and software. Thriving in a competitive environment with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while enjoying collaboration with the broader sales and marketing team. Maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic, being proactive and driven with an open mind and enthusiasm to learn. Having exposure to Salesforce (or similar CRM software) and understanding its power and reach.
