We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.Support engagement of children, young people, and their families in ICY-MHWS and linkage to appropriate community services.Contributing to the identification of service gaps and systemic issues that may impact upon service access for the Aboriginal young people and their families and the community, and support implementation of strategies to address the identified service gaps.Promote partnerships and relationship building between AWH, ICY- KMHLO, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCO'S) and other services in the planning and delivery of health care for Aboriginal young people.Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent and be accepted by the Aboriginal community.Links children, young people, and their families with other areas of health, monitors service user satisfaction; constructively deals with issues identified by service users, families, and carers.Employment Type: This is a fulltime opportunity.For further details, please refer to the Position Description or alternatively contact Winnie McCulloch at for a confidential discussion.What awaits you at AWH?We are committed to our Employee Value Proposition and will deliver on our key pillars of Growth, Balance, Contribution and Lifestyle.
