Working alongside the Manager, Strategy and Engagement, the Koori Caucus Coordinator role will work closely with the Yuma Yirramboi Council Koori Caucus and Caucus Chairpersons. As the Koori Caucus Coordinator, you will provide support and strategic advice to members of the Koori Caucus. You will have a sound understanding of project management. You will demonstrate a commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team and building strong working relationships with the members of the Koori Caucus and other Aboriginal stakeholders. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Working closely with the Yuma Yirramboi Council's Koori Caucus and sub-committees to support the delivery of projects Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the team Maintain relationships with other DJSIR, AED, and relevant Aboriginal stakeholders.

As the successful candidate for this role, you will have: A proactive and self-starting nature Demonstrated knowledge, experience and understanding of the Victorian Koori communities The ability to observe fine details and identify gaps in information.
