The Role
The Change Manager is responsible for developing change strategies, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth adoption of AI tools and technology. Responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions in processes, systems, and organisational structures. Assess the impact of proposed changes and devise strategies to minimise resistance and maximise adoption. Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives. Create and manage communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and upskilling specialists to execute change management plans and aid in the adoption of AI. Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress. Stay current with industry trends, engage in professional networks, and maintain change management tools and resources. About your experience in change management or a related field
Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a corporate environment. Experience with agile ways of working and project management methodologies. Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using change management software and tools. Strong organisational and time management skills. Collaborative and team-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Challenge norms and decision making with constructive vigour. Curious about new skills, technology, and better ways of doing things, navigating ambiguity and uncertainty. The skills you'll also bring
Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or relevant certification. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) organisational development, or a related field. Experience with AI and machine learning products and understanding their potential impact on user experiences. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams. Experience in a professional services. Knowledge of digital products and AI solutions and their impact on business processes. Familiarity with data analytics tools to track and report on training outcomes. Knowledge of prompt engineering and its application in AI-driven products. A solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
