The Opportunity: This pivotal role as a Workshop Coordinator will be supporting our Sumner Park workshop and its 5 Technicians with coordinating the workflow in the Workshop to meet required timelines. Planning all PDI builds for the Sales and Hire Department, De-hire Inspections, workshop repairs through technician scheduling and job processing. Facilitate direct logistical operations. Host a weekly production meeting to collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
Additionally, this role will support the team with timesheet checking, following up on Parts, scheduling subcontractors, and customer service.
This is a permanent full-time position and would be required on-site 5 days a week.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing Production schedule and providing updates and lead times to stakeholders. Coordinating with technicians and customers to ensure timely resolution of workshop issues. Maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns. Processing workshop work orders, ensuring correct labour and parts booked out ready for close off. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the service team. Days and Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
