The Opportunity: As a Yards Person / Trade Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining our yard and assisting tradespeople in daily operations. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will help ensure efficiency and safety on-site.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard and equipment. Assist tradespeople with various tasks, including traffic management. Coordinating transport in and out of the facility. Receipting of new shipments of Forklifts from the wharf and processing incoming and de-hire inspections. Conducting drop offs and pick-ups as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate information accurately and effectively. Good organisational skills. Mechanically minded with a basic understanding of tools and equipment used in the Light Automotive industry. Strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Safety focussed mindset, demonstrating safe behaviour at all times. Valid driver's license is a plus. Role located: Brisbane, QLD
