The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Leading Hand based in our Emerald branch within the Workshop, ensuring that the tasks are completed in a safe manner and within set timeframes.
Responsibilities Working closely with the Service Supervisor to set up processes and guidelines for a safe and efficient running of the workshop and providing guidance and direction to both apprentices and tradespersons.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring all safety processes are being adhered to by all workshop employees Continual improvement of workshop processes & guidelines Give guidance & directions to all workshop employees Ensuring the quality of work is acceptable & completed within timeframes. Monitoring of workshop personnel performance Time management of workshop employees Provide fill-in capacity for the field leading hands where required. Roster: Monday to Friday
