About the role:
The purpose of the Knowledge Management & Training Lead will be to collect, synthesize, organise, and manage the Digital Team's information and training services in support of business units across the organisation. This person is also responsible for designing, delivering, and improving in-house applications' training programs and related courseware, managing training resources and assisting in training programs where required. Administer physical and electronic knowledge repositories and be responsible for continuous improvement to knowledge workflows, processes, tools, governance and user capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintenance of related documentation Responsible for designing, delivering, and improving in-house applications' training programs and related courseware, managing training resources and assisting in training programs where required Provide strong leadership to lead and drive success within the team to maximize performance Play a key role in supporting users during times of system upgrades and/or enhancements with the preparation and maintenance of application documentation, answering queries, troubleshooting and providing day to day support
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices. This is the place for you if you: Have a Degree or Diploma in an information management related discipline in IT, Health Information Management, Health Informatics or similar with a minimum of 5 years' practical experience Have at least 1-3 years' experience creating and managing training, procedural or policy documentation, ideally within a technology environment Possess an ITIL foundation certificate (highly desirable) Have Staff Management experience and/or demonstration of working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment Have SharePoint experience (highly regarded) Have a proven track record of successfully capturing, analysing, managing, retrieving and disseminating information effectively using appropriate information systems Possess advanced research, examination, and investigative skills for online, print, and traditional methods Have advanced content management experience, including indexing and creating taxonomy structures Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
