Your New Role:
As the Knowledge Management Specialist, you have significant experience developing and managing all aspects of Knowledge Management. This includes operational expertise in managing a sophisticated knowledge management system, liaising with knowledge management stakeholders, developing and managing appropriate content, access management, and governance processes, and contributing to the development and maintenance of user training.
You will have the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas and suggestions are explored with enthusiasm and where you can demonstrate your willingness to continuously improve yourself and the teams around you, while contributing both functional expertise, broader leadership and business management ideas, skills, and experience as part of cross-fund initiatives.
Key duties include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain content design, authorship, approval workflow and governance standards and processes in conjunction with the Senior Manager Knowledge and Capability and key stakeholders.Train, coach, support and oversee Knowledge Management Administrators to ensure they achieve accuracy, quality, efficiency, and consistency in their assigned activities.Develop and maintain detailed user instructions and training material for effective operation of the Knowledge Management system and deliver presentations and training as required.Develop and manage effective Knowledge Management user communication and feedback procedures.Develop and maintain the User Access framework and assign appropriate access to systems users.Develop Knowledge Management system reporting and undertake user analysis to meet stakeholder needs.Work with external knowledge management systems partners and internal technology and business stakeholders to implement and manage the knowledge management system, including its integration with other Australian Super systems, portals and technologies.Assess the user impact of system software upgrades and develop appropriate user communications and training.Assist the Senior Manager Knowledge and Capability with other matters relating to Knowledge Management as directed. What You'll Need: Significant experience with all aspects of Knowledge Management, including system management, content creation, access management, training development and delivery, governance development and analysis of system analytics.Ability to write clear, concise, professional and operationally appropriate knowledge management content and governance procedures.Demonstrated experience in working autonomously and being proficient in multitasking and business analysis.Demonstrated experience in effective knowledge management collaboration and support with business owners, content owners, compliance representatives, content authors, internal technology stakeholders and knowledge management colleagues.Demonstrated experience in undertaking systems administration activities within a sophisticated knowledge management system.Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications as needed.Highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
