Your New Role:
As the Knowledge Management Content Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing existing content and developing new content held on the Knowledge Management System, as well as other related knowledge management activities. This content will also be used for training and will ensure that training is delivered in a consistent manner.
You will have the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas and suggestions are explored with enthusiasm. We seek someone who has significant experience with Knowledge Management content creation, user communications, stakeholder collaboration and systems operations and has the willingness to continuously improve both themselves and the teams around them while contributing both functional expertise and broader leadership and business ideas, skills, and experience as part of cross-fund initiatives.
Key duties include but are not limited to: Liaise and collaborate with business groups and content owners to determine and deliver requirements and timeframes for the creation of new or changed content in the Knowledge Management system.Author content in line with agreed templates and guidelines and assign and manage the approval workflow and governance standards with relevant stakeholders in line with documented processes.Publish approved content and assign and manage the future review of content based on documented guidelines and processes.Communicate new and changed content details or systems changes to relevant user groups.Manage user feedback provided via the system, including assignment to appropriate business stakeholders, resolution of user suggestions and associated communication of outcomes to the providers of feedback.Develop and distribute appropriate and targeted Knowledge Management system reporting to multiple stakeholders as directed.Maintain detailed user instructions for effective operation of the Knowledge Management system in conjunction with the Senior Knowledge and Capability Manager.Assist the Senior Manager Knowledge and Capability with other matters relating to Knowledge Management as directed. What You'll Need: Significant experience with all aspects of Knowledge Management content creation and updates, workflow approvals, user feedback management, user communications and systems operation.Ability to write clear, concise, professional and operationally appropriate knowledge management content.Demonstrated experience in effective knowledge management collaboration with business and content owners, compliance representatives and knowledge management colleagues.Demonstrated experience in undertaking systems administration activities within a sophisticated knowledge management system.Demonstrated experience in working autonomously and being proficient in multitasking.Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications as needed.Highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
