Knowledge Consultant – Claims & Assessing As our new Knowledge Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the Knowledge Governance Framework is well understood and applied across the Claims & Assessing team.
You will:
Create knowledge articles & requests and maintain these within an agreed timeframe Liaise with key subject experts/stakeholders to gather and document process information Be accountable for developing, deploying, and maintaining best practice knowledge (quality and quantity) to sustain or improve the capability of C&A within expected timeframes Apply, monitor and ensure adherence to Knowledge Management design principles (design concepts, style guide and formatting) for all C&A Collaborate and support with the implementation, embedding and use of HIYA across C&A by building and maintaining relationships with cross business functions and stakeholders Support the Claims & Assessing Knowledge Management Onboarding/Accreditation program with ongoing coaching and mentoring Continuous Improvement/C&A Excellence. Advocate for HIYA, support the C&A business to review, identify areas for improvement in its knowledge base to sustain or improve the capability of C&A Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks What experience you'll bring The ability to work effectively with all levels of business and technical teams, and to be able to tailor your communication style accordingly Demonstrated experience in technical writing including producing, reviewing and documentation to a high standard desirable Proven ability to distil complex information into a clear and logical written format Excellent organisational and analytical skills and demonstrated skills in critical thinking; attention to detail; and problem-solving skills Effective time management, planning, and prioritisation and the ability to manage changing priorities The ability to engage, coordinate, and influence a large range of stakeholders Location – North Lakes - This role is based at our North Lakes office.
