The Knight Frank Student Program 2025: The Knight Frank Student Program is a great opportunity for students in their final year of study to gain on-the-job experience and start building their network.
Lachlan Cranfield, former student & current Analyst in Tenant Representation explains, 'The real-world exposure I have gained exceeded my expectations, as I have had the opportunity to participate in multiple property inspections, building walkthroughs, and client meetings' What you can expect from the Student Program The program runs from February to October and is open to students who will be completing their final year of tertiary studies in 2025.
Working 3 days per week, you will rotate through a number of key divisions of the business such as including Asset Management Services (Property and Facilities Management), Occupier Strategy and Solutions (Project Management, Tenant Representation and Building Consultancy), Agency (Office Leasing, Industrial and Investment Sales), and your choice of an elective.
Throughout each rotation, you will receive mentoring, regular feedback, support and an opportunity to connect and build your network.
You will be paid a salary (including superannuation) plus paid leave.
Billy Macgregor currently completing the program states "If you are unsure about what service you want to peruse within the industry, this program is a great way to discover interests, gain exposure and experience as well as network with many people with years of experience within the industry to give you an advantage starting your career." In our New South Wales program, this position is based in our Australian head office on Pitt Street, with opportunities to work in our North Sydney and Parramatta offices or off-site locations depending on your rotation.
On a day-to-day basis you may be involved in site visits, client meetings, property research, assisting with auction campaigns, valuation reports, managing the property database system, tenant insurances, reviewing leases, and measuring from plans.
Who are we looking for?
You will be in your final year of your qualification in 2025 Agents Representative Certificate (desirable) A desire to build a career in the Property Industry, where we will provide diverse experience, allowing you to decide on your future career path in property Demonstrated work experience in any field To be eligible for our program, you must be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand citizen.
