The Role You'll join this firm as the 2iC to the firm's Practice Manager, overseeing operations across the three Australian offices. You'll be based in the firm's stunning Sydney CBD offices, allowing you access to a great mentor as you widen your own Practice Management skills. (Up to two days WFH are available for the right person.) You'll help the Practice Manager run all three offices and get involved in areas such as facilities, BD, HR, Marketing, finance, and IT. This is a great opportunity for you to gain exposure to the wider business operations of a successful professional services firm. No two days will be the same, and you'll join a team that is inclusive and welcoming. This newly created position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
About You To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will offer at least three years of experience working in a professional services firm such as a law firm, accountancy, or management consultancy. You'll have supported Partners, either as an EA, Secretary, or in a business services area such as finance, BD, or marketing. You should be a self-starter who looks for process improvements and takes responsibility for their own work.
