As a Compliance Analyst at Kmart Group, you'll be right in the thick of things, contributing to the development of systemised monitoring and management, support of training and treatment plans, maintaining crucial compliance documents, and spearheading improvements across our compliance management framework.
You'll have the chance to make a real impact on how we operate and will play a pivotal role in supporting our compliance team's efforts to manage risks and enhance business partnerships.
What you'll be doing
Maintain compliance governance documents : this includes ensuring the maintenance and communication of compliance governance documents, checklists, policies, and registers to enable effective operations in line with obligations. Conduct compliance activities : Prepare control and compliance risk management materials, conduct compliance risk assessments, document assessments, and maintain risk registers and action plans. Enhance the compliance management framework : Contribute to the effective execution of the compliance management framework through technology advancement and tools. Identify and implement improvements to ensure high-quality data and insights to drive compliance risk reduction. Manage training programs : Oversee internal policy governance to ensure compliance with Wesfarmers requirements and manage mandatory training programs effectively. Support reporting enhancements and recertification approaches. To be successful in this role you'll have:
A minimum of 1years' experiencein compliance or risk management roleswithin a medium to large-sized organization. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced or intricately regulated environment, where meeting strict deadlines is paramount. A Relevant qualification in Compliance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in crafting and implementing training programs and frameworks. Strong customer-centric communication skills and a keen ability to advocate for compliance priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
