Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working within a close-knit team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Project Maintenance in BST – Opening Projects, adding change requests, updating rates, closing projects, new client setup. Time sheet adjustments. Project Employee Expense approvals. Review projects monthly to ensure optimal performance and timely billing. Management of cash receipts. Provide advice to Project Managers that align business direction and strategies. Alert and mitigate business risks to optimise performance. Support stakeholders with pricing and project analysis. Adherence to KCB finance policies and procedures; and Operate within and in accordance with KCB's H&S guidelines and Quality management systems. KCB promotes Zero Harm in the workplace and has a culture of safety awareness. Attributes and Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA/CA desirable). 4+ years of experience in a project accounting role and/ or a role with transferable skills. Previous experience in a professional services, construction, or engineering consultancy. Superior verbal and written communication skills Excellent people skills, with an ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office including Power BI. Exposure to and familiarity with ERP systems such as BST Enterprise. Highly organised and detail focused.
