KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a Product Developer to join the team.

About You: You are a detail-oriented, organised, and creative professional who thrives at the intersection of design, technical expertise, and project management. You possess a unique blend of aesthetic sensibility, sustainability awareness, and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities:
Product Development Work with the Design team to develop seasonal collections from concept to prototype. Create and maintain accurate tech packs, including technical sketches and Bill of Materials. Work with the design team to source fabrics and trims that align with design, sustainability, and pricing goals. Oversee sampling, maintain trackers, and communicate delivery timelines. Costing & Quality Management Negotiate with suppliers to meet target margins and resolve costing issues. Proactively address quality issues and risks. Timeline Management Adhere to Critical Path deadlines to ensure timely product launches. Manage workload to meet development and launch schedules under the Head of Design's guidance. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to meet quality expectations. Collaborate with garment technicians to ensure exceptional fit, quality, and finish. Qualifications:
3 years' experience in Product Development. A strong in-depth understanding of the design process. Proven ability to understand a Designer's creative vision. Experience in creating tech packs. Strong technical knowledge of fit, pattern making, and construction. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and strong Excel skills. Good understanding of garment techniques. Strong communication skills with proven ability to build collaborative relationships. Proven experience working with suppliers. Proven capability working in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
