Kitchen Technician - Middle School

Hours: 8 hours per week (12pm to 4pm, Tuesday and Wednesday) Term Time only
The Geelong College is seeking to employ a Kitchen Technician to assist the teaching staff in the preparation of teaching and associated activities within the Year 8 Paddock to Plate elective and to also provide a safe, creative and interactive learning environment for students.
Qualifications and Experience: Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a comparable roleInterest in food preparation and food technologyFood Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to complete this)Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of safe food practicesHolder of current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or ability to obtainCompletion of the College anaphylaxis qualification or 22578VIC anaphylaxis qualificationEvidence of Right to Work in Australia
