This is an exciting new venture set to become the heart of the community. We are passionate about creating a warm and welcoming space where people can enjoy delicious food, great coffee, and friendly service. We are seeking a dedicated Café Supervisor to join our team.
Role Overview:  You will play a pivotal role in the successful operation of ALPA's Café in Galiwinku. You'll be at the forefront of creating a positive customer experience while leading and supporting our team. Your passion for coffee, food, and exceptional service will drive our success.
This position is based in Galiwinku, NT. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience. Opportunity to be part of a dynamic startup team. 7 weeks of annual leave + 17.5% leave loading. 13% super. Ability to Salary Package up to $15,900PA with additional Meal and Entertainment options. Shared accommodation + utilities covered ALPA. Relocation assistance. Training paid by ALPA.
