Apply today to see what employment opportunities await and find your dream job at one of the most exciting tourist attractions on the Gold Coast!The opportunity:In the role of Kitchen Steward at Sea World Resort you will ensure a clean, safe and hygienic work area is maintained.Your day to day:• Wash dishes, cutlery and heavy service equipment including large pots and pans• Clean kitchen walls, benches and floors and take out rubbish bins• Operate commercial dishwashers and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner• Maintain cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces• Dismantle and clean specialised kitchen equipment• Work effectively within a team environmentWhat you'll bring:• Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen essential• Awareness of work health and safety and food hygiene standards• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment• Must be able to work on any day including early mornings, late nights and weekendsAdvertised: 21 May 2024 E.
