Job Description What you will be doing: Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment General cleaning and sanitizing of cooking preparation areas, storerooms, workrooms areas to the highest standards. Wash dishes, pots and pans, utensils and food preparation machines and clean floors, counters and work tables.
