About the role: Casual and Part Time roles availableYou will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashingBe responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipmentRecycling and removal of rubbishAssisting Chefs with food preparation as requiredAdhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.Follow and adhere to all HACCP hygiene, ALLSafe and WHS requirements.
