Joinery Project Manager Joinery Project Manager for residential and commercial projects. You will need extensive joinery trade experience but may not have worked as a Joinery Project Manager.
Located in Dubbo - a rapidly growing regional city 4.5 hours from Sydney, Australia (see video link )

Kitchen & Renovation Concepts is seeking applications from a suitably experienced tradesperson keen to make a career transition to a Project Manager position on our leadership team or someone already working in a joinery Project Management position. We are an award-winning medium-sized regional manufacturing business with a team of over 35 people at present. (see company website )
You will be joining a great team and undertaking a varied and interesting role. The position reports directly to the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities will include: Liaising with a range of customers from building companies to homeowners regarding their projects. You will assist with the design by listening and giving best practices and new product options. Managing the process from initial inquiry through design, quoting, specifying, and ordering materials using our management software Microvellum. Ensuring the leadership team receives regular updates and reporting with regard to current and in-the-pipeline projects. Providing project management support and guidance to installers as questions or challenges arise. Support the business as part of the leadership team to nurture a positive and progressive workforce culture. To be successful in this position you will have: Good computer skills and exposure to AutoCAD, Microvellum or similar software. Substantial joinery experience preferably with an Australian trade qualification. Proactive organizational and time management skills. A 'can do' solutions-based client approach. Natural problem-solving skills. Benefits: Permanent, full-time employment and an attractive salary package dependent on experience.
