Kitchen Manager / Cook / Chef We are looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager / Chef & Cooks to be strong drivers of our new purpose-built restaurant that is soon to open in Dickson.

Tasks & Responsibilities In-store training of kitchen staff to adapt kitchen standards and procedures Strong and professional communication and leadership skills on all levels Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm and calculated during peak service periods Overseeing stock levels, daily ordering schedule, stock rotation, and weekly stocktaking Ensuring compliance with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines Follow recommended guidelines to ensure recipes are being followed Understand and adapt ordering to maintain sustainable food expenses Have a well-presented kitchen brigade in an open and vibrant kitchen Be a hands-on cook that is willing to lead by example Embrace monthly specials, give input, and submit ideas where relevant to head office Build strong relationships with local foodservice and supply partners Work with state-of-the-art docket systems and order processes (BUMPit and Lightspeed) Be an engaged leader with a positive attitude and the ability to use constructive feedback in order to run a tight ship What's in it for you?
