The venue opens in November, but has the potential to offer early start to the right chef/ kitchen manager in other venues to learn the ropes before opening!
Role Overview: Seeking a self-motivated and creative Kitchen Manager to join a new team.
This technical role involves minimal administrative work and focuses on preparing high-quality, healthy, and delicious food for our guests.
You will work closely with the Barista and Café Supervisor to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present a variety of platters for functions and platter boxes for sale Cook and assemble wraps, burgers, salads, and fruit platters.
Engage in some hot cooking tasks as required.
Develop new and exciting ideas for healthy snack boxes.
Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained.
Collaborate with the barista and café supervisor to create a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen space.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen management or similar role.
Must have proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Chef of atleast 3+ years Strong culinary skills with a focus on healthy and nutritious food.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for snack boxes and menu items.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
