Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment in a Kitchen Hand position, integral to providing support to the catering team at RAAF Wagga (Wagga). Join the team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic environment.
The Position: Part time position – must be available nights and weekends.Assist with basic preparation including vegetables and salads.Stock control including quality reporting and temperature monitoring.Maintain kitchen, food preparation, storage and service areas and equipment to a high standard with a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.The Person: Hospitality experience beneficial.Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus.Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required.Benefits:
