About the roleNicky B's is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our team at our Ramsgate Beach location in early 2025 as we aim to open 1st of February.
There are full time, part-time and casual positions available that will see you play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Your primary focus will be on food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen duties to ensure our customers receive a high-quality and professional experience.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks such as chopping, prepping sauces, slicing, peeling ingredients ect.
Ensuring the kitchen, equipment, and work areas are cleaned to the highest standards
Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Providing general support to the kitchen team as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Excellent time management and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a team-player mentality
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
