About the Role As a Kitchen Hand, you are a valuable member of the team working under the direction and support of the Cook/ Chef Manager.
A working day will involve:
Preparing Resident's meals according to dietary / care plans in accordance with developed menus.Maintaining a clean working environment in accordance with infection control guidance.Ensuring correct food handling techniques are always observed.About You You should ideally be an empathetic person who:
Enjoys working with the elderly.Can work independently and as part of a team.Is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.Has availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts over weekdays and weekends.Has good communication skills and interpersonal skills.You should possess the following:
