Due to an uplift in our operation, we currently have a casual opportunity for a Kitchen Hand to join our dedicated Medirest Living team at the University of Canberra Hospital.

THE POSITION Following all Food and Safety procedures Work closely with our Chefs with food preparation Cleaning and washing up the kitchen area and equipment Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment Assisting with restock and stock rotation and manage deliveries THE PERSON Previous experience working within a kitchen environment Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner Team player and able to work autonomously Flexible approach and attitude with good communication skills Must be able to meet the serology clearances (or willing to obtain required vaccinations) for this site Possess a National Police Clearance and Working With Vulnerable People Check (or be willing to obtain) THE BENEFITS Training provided Work within a team who enjoy providing excellent service Opportunities for internal transfer and promotion Immediate access to 100+ retail discounts No two days the same It's not just a job, you get to play a part in making a difference to those who need it most Contact: ****** or 1300TALENT
