Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to join our team at Lookout Echo Point. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining cleanliness. Availability on weekends, public holidays, and nights is essential for this role.
Responsibilities: Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, washing and peeling ingredients, and preparing sauces Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas Assist chefs and cooks with food service during busy periods Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and adhere to food safety guidelines Ensure proper storage and handling of food items Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Requirements: Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a similar role is preferred but not required Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and nights as needed Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well under pressure How to Apply:
