Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Base + Super + Commissions (OTE $200k+) The Role: As a Kitchen Designer, you'll play a crucial role in creating bespoke kitchen solutions that combine functionality, style, and innovation.
Working closely with clients, you'll guide them through the design process, ensuring their vision is realised while delivering a seamless and inspiring customer experience.
This is a hands-on design role where your creativity, technical skills, and customer-focused approach will shine.
Key Responsibilities: • Meet and greet clients visiting the showroom, building strong relationships from the outset.
• Guide clients through the design process, including consultations, design development, and material selection.
• Prepare detailed kitchen designs using design software, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Present creative and practical design solutions that align with client briefs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing, quotes, and proposals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new products to inspire clients with the latest ideas.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing projects from initial consultation to completion.
About You: You're a passionate and creative designer with a strong background in kitchen design.
Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and translate their vision into stunning, practical solutions sets you apart.
What You'll Bring: • Proven experience in kitchen design, ideally in a high-end or luxury showroom environment.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar).
• A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of materials, finishes, and layouts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• A passion for design and an ability to adapt European-inspired styles to the Australian market.
• A full driver's licence.
