About the role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant on afternoon shift to join the team at DON in Castlemaine, Victoria. 

This role is a casual role (with the possibility of going permanent) and has an immediate start, working Monday to Friday (approx. 3:30pm - 8:30pm) with the potential of picking up extra shifts where needed. 
 
Your duties may include: Food preparation, basic cooking, customer service, cleaning & dishwashing, stock replenishment and some heavy lifting. 

The ideal applicant will have:  Solid experience in a similar position, including food preparation and customer serviceExcellent communication skills and professional presentationThorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practicesA high attention to detail with a hands on approachAbility to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environmentCatering experience is a bonus.  30th April, 2024 About Us
