Mandatory Criteria
• Must have a minimum of 5 Years experience in the management of complex IT platforms.

• Experience with Model 204.
• Demonstrated ability to shape strategic direction with high level Relationship/Stakeholder
management and communication skills.

• Experience in system design in an IBM mainframe centric environment.

• Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies and the end-to-end system
development life cycle.
• Understanding of and experience with the M204 application platform.

• Knowledge of and experience with other large corporate application platforms such as
SAP, DB2 and other databases.
