Mandatory Criteria:
– A current security clearance of at least Negative Vetting Level 1.
– At least five (5) years demonstrated experience in the design, management and maintenance of large-scale data center networking environment.
– Experience in the development of network high-level designs and detailed designs.
– Ability to articulate detail through design and implementation plans.
– Highly developed diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
– Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Weighted Criteria:
– Demonstrated experience with solid knowledge in design and configuration of Networking, Wireless LAN, Software Defined Network.
– Demonstrated experience in the design and integration of enterprise network.
– Demonstrated experience in implementing, configuring and maintaining network devices including Cisco Catalyst, Nexus Switches, Cisco ACI, F5 Load balancers, DNS, network proxy and network firewalls.
– Expertise in dynamic routing protocols, particularly EIGRP, OSPF & BGP.
– Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of system architecture and design documentation.
– Experience using network management software and tools to investigate and diagnose network problems, collect performance statistics and create reports.
– Demonstrated experience with or knowledge of Australian Government information security policies, the ASD Information Security Manual and Essential Eight.
