As an IT System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems and solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that IT systems are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system analysis, design, and implementation, with expertise in IT service management, system integration, and technical writing.
Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 3 years of experience in IT system analysis, design, and implementation Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Experience with system integration, including API design and development Experience with technical writing, including system design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
