As an IT System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems and solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that IT systems are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system analysis, design, and implementation, with expertise in IT service management, system integration, and technical writing.
Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 3 years of experience in IT system analysis, design, and implementation Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Experience with system integration, including API design and development Experience with technical writing, including system design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git. Level of security clearance and location of contractor to be mentioned in CV Desired Attributes and Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and IT teams Strong understanding of business operations and processes Experience with process improvement and implementation of new systems and tools Certification in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation, is a plus Experience Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Puppet Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS Certification in software development, such as AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Experience with project management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs Design and implement IT systems and solutions, including hardware, software, and network components Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that IT systems meet business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including hardware, software, and network problems Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that IT systems are properly deployed, monitored, and maintained Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT system analysis and design Participate in IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management #J-18808-Ljbffr
