Must have a Baseline Security Clearance. Location of work: Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, remote.
Roles and Responsibilities Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors complex programs/scripts and integration software services. Applies agreed standards and tools (ATO IT standards and best practice) to achieve well-engineered outcomes. Works collaboratively with stakeholders and clients on specific IT and business topics, participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work. Conducts investigations, undertakes technical research and analysis activities, or provides professional advice within an area of specialization based on policy and legislation. Identifies and resolves issues with code and carries out maintenance tasks using agreed procedures. Participates in the development lifecycle which may include analysis, design, build, peer review, testing, documenting, implementation and maintenance. Provides advice and undertakes more complex activities associated with developing and/or supporting project delivery.
