Responsibilities: Audit & Compliance requirement De-commission BAU release management Support Hive Meta Store Platform monitoring Platform maintenance Infrastructure management Password rotations Mandatory Requirements: Cloudera Hadoop administration or Hortonworks. Preference for Cloudera over Hortonworks. Impala, Hive and Spark – non-development, but would need to look at logs and identify issues. Impala primary, Hive secondary. Can cross-skill between Impala and Hive. AWS DevOps – Primary is AWS – will accept candidates with Azure experience if part of squad mix combination. Basic shell scripting – read, understand, debug basics. Required Professional and Technical Expertise: Any CI/CD tools, e.g., Bamboo. Note: Not mandatory – experience with upgrades is preferable.
