We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our successful team located in Bundaburg and continue to drive the growth of the business.

As the front line for our customers, you will be responsible for leading the way by providing exceptional customer service, identifying and converting sales opportunities, and building the success of the branch team.
What will make you successful A drive to grow the business and support our customers will set you apart in this role. You will understand the importance of effective operations on the bottom line and lead your team to success in this area. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the:
Leadership experience - including building strong relationships, effective feedback, and managing for performance; Ability to build relationships with customers and identify business development opportunities; Experience managing stock (an advantage); Hold a current Fork Lift license (or willing to obtain); Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members, and customers; Electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration wholesale experience (highly advantageous); Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team; and Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure our customer's expectations are exceeded.
