About the role We are seeking a casual Kiosk Officer to join the team at the local Aquatic Centre.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing the kiosk, booking in swim lessons, answering phones, and serving food & beverages from the kiosk to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
Duties Provide accurate information to customers about Centre activities, fees, and events.
Manage gate entry, bookings, and customer inquiries.
Manage the kiosk, including food & beverage sales.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Good customer service skills - personality & enthusiasm is the most important aspect.
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain one).
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Ability to pass a Drug Test.
Flexible and reliable, with availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
