As a Centre Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators to deliver exceptional care. Growth: Build strong foundations to grow a thriving community of children, families, and staff. Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth running and compliance with regulations. Child Development: Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate programs that foster children's learning and growth. Parent & Community Relations: Build strong relationships with parents and the community, providing open communication and support. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, creating a positive and supportive work environment. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and safety within the centre.
