We have an exciting opening for an experienced Coordinator to become part of our fantastic sales team, located in our Cairns office, and commencing in January 2025.
About the Role: As our new Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role as you are the backbone of our sales support, maintaining agent relationships, helping to streamline the booking processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales team. This full-time position (could be part-time for the right candidate) offers flexible work hours, perfect for balancing work with personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities: Customer service: Communicating with Agents on inquiries, generic updates, and notifications – keeping everyone informed & happy!Administration: Working with key supply partners to facilitate familiarisation tours and events, while managing the agent from inquiry to travel date and post travel follow-up.Keeping things moving: Preparing and calculating group quotes and bookings involving coach transport logistics.Team Support: Helping the sales team with CRM management, report preparation, and general administrative tasks to accelerate daily operations & make sure everything runs smoothly.Our Ideal Candidate Profile: We're looking for an energetic and super-organised person with:
Sales coordination experience, ideally in tourism or hospitality.Exceptional customer service skills — you're a natural at building relationships via phone and email.Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with agents and partners effectively.Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus!) and MS Office.A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?
