Permanent full time | Based at Dandenong Increase your take-home pay with access to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits Make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children & families About the program The Kinship Care Program delivers case management support to vulnerable children and young people aged 0-18 years who are in the care of a relative or a member of their social network, while they are unable to live with their parents.
The program supports both statutory Child Protection clients and voluntary clients without any Child Protection intervention.
Your new role As a Case Manager, you will work closely with families to support the development and implementation of complex case plans that aim to achieve desired outcomes in the context of the child or young person's ongoing safety, stability and developmental needs.
You will also support the Team Leader in the ongoing development of case practice and offer mentoring support to other team members on complex cases.
