ABOUT THIS ROLE Our large federal government client requires a Cyber Intelligence Analyst to enhance Australia's security, prosperity and sovereignty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the proactive identification, assessment and analysis of systems and their dependencies. Conduct and lead risk-based assessments and reporting activities in accordance with internal frameworks. Contribute to the ongoing development of operational processes, frameworks, and practices as it relates to risk-based assessments. Work within a multidisciplinary team to identify new methods to achieve the team's objectives (with an emphasis on identity and maximizing the value of available data). SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED Australian Citizenship and a TSPV security clearance is essential. At least 5 years of experience working in an intelligence or cyber threat analysis environment. Demonstrable experience leading and performing Cyber Security risk and/or threat-based assessments. Strong research and analytical skills. Strong reporting and presentation skills. Desirable Experience working in an operational cyber security environment (such as performing Security Operations or Incident Response). Ability to develop technical solutions to support the automation of analytical activities (i.e., through scripting). Experience leading a team in an operational environment. Understanding of Cyber Security concepts and industry practices (IT and OT). Why Kinexus?
