As a Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Administrator at Gateways you will:
Support with the induction and rostering of all Inclusion Support Additional Assistant (ISAA) staff, in line with kindergarten requirementsBe responsible for monitoring the KIS mailbox and responding to both internal and external enquiriesBe responsible for supporting all staff on their commencement in the ISAA roleLiaise with Kindergarten and Childcare services around the recruitment of ISAA staff to their serviceTake responsibility for maintaining the backfill list and casual staffing poolLet's talk about you
Do you possess the following qualifications and skills?
1-3 years' experience in an administrative roleExcellent written and verbal communicationCapacity to adapt to changing prioritiesStrong attention to detailDemonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office, client rostering and client management database systemsCompliance Requirements:
