About Noah's ArkNoah's Ark is a not-for-profit organisation providing Early Childhood Intervention and inclusion support services to children with disabilities and additional needs.
We are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in working as a KIS Additional Assistant in the Bendigo region's local kindergartens as a member of the KIS program.
About the positionAs a KIS Assistant, your role will support the Kindergarten's teaching staff to provide an environment that is responsive to the individual strengths, abilities, and interests of all children, including those with a disability, additional support needs and/or complex medical needs.

Skills and experience relevant to the position: Ability to develop relationships with children that are supportive and responsive to their individual needs.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy.Demonstrated ability to relate to others with kindness, respect, and positivity.Demonstrated experience working with preschool children and/or in a preschool setting would be an advantage.
