At Little Gems Child Care & Early Learning we are a small, newly renovated boutique centre with a maximum of 22 children in our kindergarten room. We aim to provide learning environments to cater to each child's individual needs and our kindergarten room harbors an abundance of beautiful new resources to allow you to provide a stimulating, play based school readiness program. We are always looking to adapt and make changes to continue to bring more quality care for our staff, children and families.
We are searching for a passionate, caring Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindergarten Room. We are looking for someone with experience within a Kindergarten room and who has completed an Early Childhood Bachelor's degree. However if you are an amazing new graduate or looking at being completed by the end of 2024, we would also love to hear from you. You must have a passion for early years' education for our youngest children, and a creative flair for a natural environment.
We have beautifully newly renovated spaces that allow for change and a more harmonious environment, indoors and outside. Our outdoor play space has natural wood play spaces and indoors we provide resources to ensure each educator can bring to life their visions for the children.
The position will preferably be a full-time role as our families respect and appreciate seeing the same teacher throughout the week. However we are also flexible, and for the right candidate would be willing to work with their availability.
