Kindergarten Director

Teaching - Early Childhood (Education & Training) Warwick Community Kindergarten is seeking to appoint a Centre Director on a full-time basis to commence as soon as possible.The Director will have a 0.5 teaching load (5 days per fortnight) and a 0.5 administrative load.The essential requirements of the role are:A passion for working with pre-school aged children in a play-based learning environment.Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQAExemption Blue CardA demonstrated understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG), the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).The ability to lead a team of dedicated educators and assistants.A demonstrated ability to undertake the business and compliance aspects of operating a kindergarten, including finance, work health and safety, human resources and marketing.Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
