About the role:
Council is seeking an application from an enthusiastic, experienced and suitably qualified person to join our team as a Kindergarten Coordinator. Your duties will coordinate the delivery of Council's early year's services across five kindergartens within the Loddon Shire.
The successful candidate will:
have qualifications in an early years field or related discipline with relevant early childhood and management experience
demonstrate an ability to coordinate, lead, coach and motivate staff
develop and implement service strategies, objectives, policies and procedures specific to an early years setting
hold a current a Working With Children Check Card and complete a Police check.
This is a band 7 permanent part time position (4 days per week) with a salary range of $100,154.60 – $111,273.24 pro-rata per annum.
